Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products in their original, unopened and sealed packaging.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@miracpalm.com with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Email support@miracpalm.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may need additional time to process it.
