Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free across Turkey — no minimum order value. All prices include VAT (KDV).

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your region. Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address at any time before the parcel is dispatched; once it is with the courier, we can no longer change it.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
